Things you should know

Component Coverage is available for both Turbo and Sets of Injectors for certain Industrial Engine Applications C18 and below and covers contingent damage.

 

  • DPF/SCR aftertreatment coverage will be included in Platinum and Platinum Plus levels of New & Advantage ESC. 

  • Late fees: We no longer have a “Late fee for customers who buy New ESC in the second year of their Standard Factory Warranty (SFW).  Or third year, for those who qualify for 3 years of SFW.

  • To make this easy for you, the programming in Quote Plus no longer charges your dealership the “Late fee” in a separate charge from the cost of purchasing the ESC.

  • Late fees are still charged in cases where you do not get an Advantage or Overhaul ESC registered in the time allowed to do so.  Usually this is 30 days.  This is a true late fee charge for not getting registrations completed in the allowable time.

  • Even a delayed coverage start scenario for Advantage ESC or Overhaul ESC must be registered within 30 days of the last day of labor involved in performing the ADVANTAGE ESC inspection or the Overhaul ESC.

  •  Advantage ESC: An Advantage ESC Inspection is no longer required when transitioning from NEW ESC to Advantage ESC – as long as:

    • The serial number is less than 10 years from the build date, AND

    • The New ESC coverage has not expired.

    • This greatly affects the cost of buying Advantage ESC

  • Pleasure Craft Customers - 10 years of New Engine Extended Service Coverage is now available
