Return Policy

For Caterpillar Parts
 

  • Return Conditions: Must be in original, unopened packages and in new, resalable condition.
 
  • Non-Returnable: Parts with net value under $45.00, parts marked with paints, markers, grease, or fluid; parts with no purchase history; electronics parts taken out of factory-packaging; flat glass, manuals, literature, made-to-order parts, hydraulic hose assemblies, opened gasket/seal kits, loose seals/gaskets/hardware, or cut seals/gaskets/hoses.  Weather damaged or torn packaging are in-eligible for return.    
 
  • Restocking Fees:
    • 0-90 days: 10%
    • 91-180 days: 20%
    • 181+ days: Not returnable     
 
  • Non-Refundable: Freight fees or shipping costs to obtain parts.
 
  • Approval Needed: Returns over $5,000 need Manager approval
 
  • For Core Returns:
    • EX Suffix: Return within 14 days.
    • OR/IOR/2OR/30R Suffix: Return within 60 days
    • Engine Cores: Must be returned due to EPA regulations.
 

For Non-Caterpillar Parts

 
  • Approval Needed: Must be approved by a Manager.
 
  • Return Conditions: Original, unopened, sealed package, and in new, saleable condition.
 
  • Restocking Fee: Minimum 10% plus return freight if approved.
 
  • Non-Refundable and Returnable: Freight charges and fees to obtain the part and Items marked non-returnable on the packing slip.
 

Return Process

 
  • In-Store: Bring parts to any location for a return slip.
  • Shipping: Prepay shipping fees and include a packing slip or invoice.
 

Refunds

 
  • Credits posted to your account. For card, check, or cash refunds, contact your local parts team.
