Next-Day Parts
- All Cat CVAs include next-day availability of maintenance, wear and repair parts.
- If your parts don’t arrive by the next business day, or your requested delivery date you’ll receive up to USD $1,000 in Cat credits.
- No waiting, no guessing and no surprises.
Two-Day Repair
- CVAs with dealer labor include repair service for common repairs* on machines completed within two business days from initial contact. Time commitments for major repairs may vary.
- If your common repair* is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you’ll receive USD $1,000 in Cat Credits.
- Gain peace of mind with the assurance that your equipment and crew can get back to work, fast.

Our CVA Services Commitment protects more than your equipment; it protects your time. With quick parts availability and timely repairs, you get more than a plan on paper. You get built-in accountability. Because time is money, and every minute matters.
*Caterpillar equipment is built with quality, reliability, and durability. That support is continued through condition monitoring and fleet management resources to help maximize equipment availability. However, when repairs are needed our equipment design, service processes, and dealer network combine to minimize downtime. It is common that repairs can be completed within 2 business days so you can get back to work quickly. In the case of major repairs, those repairs that are more complex and require more labor, you can expect a commitment on when that repair will be completed and have confidence in that date.
