At these schools, you will earn an Associate’s Degree and learn how to work on Caterpillar equipment using the latest technology and tooling. During summers, you will have the opportunity to Co-op at one of Milton CAT’s 12 locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, or Massachusetts. This summer experience will provide you with a good paying job and will prepare you to become a member of Milton CAT’s 500 person technical staff.
In your second year, you can choose to specialize in one of three career paths: Off-Highway Equipment, On-Highway Trucks, Parts and Service Management. Upon graduation, you will be ready to join the staff at the location you have been working at as a technician or parts counter person.
Milton CAT only considers applications for posted positions. Candidates must apply on-line. Resumes that are mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to Milton CAT or any employee will not be reviewed.
