Our technicians work in safe, modern and comfortable environments, using sophisticated tools and relying on advanced software and other specialized instruments.
With over 200 hundred bays territory-wide, including specially designed bays for trucks; cylinder repair, undercarriage reconditioning, welding, machining and fabrication, Milton CAT’s in-shop capabilities are unsurpassed. We stay ahead of your changing demands
by continuously updating our equipment and practices, and expanding even more our unparalleled parts availability.
In the field. A fleet of specially outfitted trucks extends the reach of the Milton CAT Service and Support function, and allows our customers to get expert technical help and maintain their uptime with minimal disruption.
All our service technicians are connected to the shop and to Caterpillar via laptop computers and can get online support, information and verification, speeding up your equipment repair, and reducing downtime. Sophisticated software installed in Milton CAT field technicians’ laptops includes diagnostics systems, service manuals and schematics.
Last but not least, most of our service trucks are equipped with high-capacity hydraulic cranes; air compressors, welders and generators, and they carry specialized tools and an inventory of the most frequently needed parts.
