This candidate will work within the IT Department on a broad range of cutting-edge on-premises and cloud technologies with a diverse team.  You will define, analyze, and document user requirements that can be translated into related system specifications.   Pay Rate:  $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience.   ONLY local/commutable candidates will be considered. This position does not offer relocation.  You must also be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Parts Counter Sales Representatives are responsible for front-line customer service in a variety of parts ordering functions. Responsibilities include assisting customers, taking parts orders, researching technical data for the correct part or parts and data entry.   Pay Rate:  Minimum starting wage of $23.00 - $28.00/hour based on location and experience.

Milton CAT is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Field Service Technician. Technicians are responsible for the diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some or all of the functions and duties listed below. These repairs may require working hours in addition to the normal work schedule for emergency calls or routine service as required. Flexibility and in-depth product knowledge are necessary for this position.   Pay Rate:  Minimum starting wage of $32.25-36.86/hour based on location and experience. We are looking for a Prioritized Service Event (PSE) Administrator who will manage these important  parts and service leads for the company. This position is intended to help enhance our Product Support coverage by using data to better target leads and opportunities. You will oversee the process of moving the leads into the sales funnel to ensure our product support team always has the highest level of actionable leads. Success in this role means that our PSE Sales funnel is continuously supplied with enough actionable leads to meet our overall growth goals while proactively serving   customers.   In this role, you will work closely with the Caterpillar Digital Team to share feedback and build Milton   CAT team member awareness of developments in the overall Caterpillar PSE program. This person will also work directly with the Aftermarket team to understand goals and objectives for key PSE performance metrics and sales objectives. This job is best suited for a person who is highly detailed, and data oriented with the ability to take direction while primarily working independently.   Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr based on experience

The Payroll Analyst is a part of Milton CAT’s people-first Human Resources team, acting as the lead payroll contact across 6 northeast states in a mixed union/non-union environment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This position will analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and collaborate with Human Resources and Finance departments to resolve any payroll issues as needed. Our Payroll Analyst also maintains electronic payroll records, creates and distributes various reports, and ensures an efficient payroll process that complies with all federal and state regulations. As needed, this position will assist in payroll related projects to improve the overall payroll function.
